Alpha Centuri Partners prepared a detailed feasibility study and successfully arranged $45 million in debt financing to fund the construction of the Christina Hotel, a landmark hospitality project adding over 250 rooms and strengthening the region’s tourism offering.

The hotel is set to become a key asset in the local hospitality sector, targeting both leisure and business travellers.

It will boost tourism-driven economic activity, enhance the destination’s attractiveness to international operators, and create long-term employment opportunities in hospitality and supporting services.
